Sculpture the Ride was a collaborative piece done by six sculpture students from the art department at Southern Oregon University. Drawn together by a common work ethic and sense of irony, this group created Sculpture the Ride in response to a set of similar concerns. As a metaphor, Sculpture the Ride gives a sardonic look at art, sculpture, critiques, and process.

This piece took approximately four hundred collective hours to build.

To our credit, the six of us continue to speak to each other... mostly.
